The seasoning mixture must be mixed to a marinade with the same lot of vegetable oil. This marinade is attached and mixed to the meat. Finally the meat can be but on the spit.
The meat clings better when stacking, so it's easier to cut the meat during grilling. The fresh meat is longer durable and foams not when grilling.
